Ukrainian Schools and Colleges Join the "Education Without Stress" Project
UA VETERANS is pleased to partner in this vital project to support mental health for Ukrainian educators and students.
Combat veterans and individuals with disabilities due to the war can obtain professional training for free.
Applicants have the opportunity, regardless of their level of education, to undergo training, retraining, or qualification enhancement at the Vocational Education Centers of the State Employment Service. These are modern educational institutions that teach skilled trades relevant in the labor market.
Currently, there are 8 such centers (Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Rivne, Sumy, and Ivano-Frankivsk) fully operational within the service structure. Training is provided in 95 licensed skilled trades and 365 educational programs for skill enhancement.
Training can be carried out through full-time (day, evening), distance learning, dual forms, or a combination of them. The duration of the training is up to 6 months.
Applications for education can be submitted online here: https://edveteran.dcz.gov.ua
The decision regarding enrollment in professional training should be made within no more than five working days from the date of document submission.
